Dish of the day: Njangsang Pork

Stew: pork ribs, maggi cubes, scotch bonnet pepper, garlic, cumin, coriander, allspice, tomato, onion, njangsang
Drink (Foléré / Bissap): Dried Roselle calyces, Sugar, Water, Pineapple, Mint Leaves
